All-Time Greats Tournament: The Light Heavyweights

I'm conducting this tournament using the new Title Bout II Boxing simulation for the PC. With more than 100 fighters included in the division, I've established the following rules and parameters for the competition:
-- Field will consist of 64 fighters
-- 23 of the top-rated fighters got a free pass into the opening round
-- The remaining 82 fighters were matched in a preliminary round of elimination bouts
-- Winners of the elimination bouts rounded out the field of 64
-- All bouts are 12 rounds, with the exception of the preliminary round
-- Seeding in opening round (high seed vs. low seed) based on fighters' overall ratings
-- Seeding in remaining rounds based on fighter's points earned
-- Fighters earn points for a win based on: opponent's overall rating plus 3 points for KO; 2 points for TKO; 1 point for a decision
-- Tie breaker in event of a draw: another fight
-- Referees and judges randomly assigned
-- Survivor of winners and losers brackets will fight for tournament title
